List of names on parchment drawn up by the Board of the Synagogue in Piaski, Białystok. The exact date of creation of the document is not known, but the historical context shows that it must have been drawn up between 1893 (the construction of the Piaskower Synagogue) and 1943 (the liquidation of the Białystok Ghetto). At the top of the document, in a rectangular frame, the heading reads: ""The names of the deceased members of the Shulchan Aruch community and the Midrash Piaski, who are remembered in our ceremonies on the day of Shavuot"". Below the heading is a list of 24 men's names.
