The memorial to Kraków's Holocaust victims is located in the middle of Szeroka Street in Kazimierz. It is dedicated to the memory of Kraków's Jews murdered by the Germans during the Second World War. The plaque includes an inscription in Polish, English and Hebrew: "Place of meditation upon the martyrdom of 65,000 Polish citizens of Jewish nationality from Cracow and its environs killed by the Nazis during World War II".
