Letter from the directorship of the J. Marchlewski Municipal Hospital in Żyrardów to Marta Olchawa (born Bauer), informing her that she has been employed at the hospital as an intern physician and that she has been allocated a room in a boarding facility – typescript, double-page, on a blank paper sheet, in Polish. In the top left corner, there is a stamp reading: “J. Marchlewski | MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL | in Żyrardów | J. Marchlewskiego Street, No. […] | Phone No. 34-50”. The document is signed by Stanisław Tulczyński (in the name of the Director of the hospital). On the reverse, there are name stamps of various physicians (nine ink stamps), including one of Marta Olchawa, and a handwritten note. | Text by Monika Harchut
