Notice of the Funeral Mass of Marek Szwarc

The funeral of Marek Szwarc, who died on 28 December 1958, took place three days later. The invitation (in French) for the funeral service, the exequies (accompaniment to the grave) and the laying to rest are preserved in the archives. The service was celebrated on 31 December 1958 in the church of Saint-Medard (Saint-Medard) at 141 Mouffetard Street (it was the parish church of the Szwarcs).

The deceased was accompanied at the funeral liturgy by his wife, daughter Tereska with her husband Meyer Levin, grandchildren Dominique Torrès-Levin, Gabriel and Mikael Levin, nephew of the deceased Alexander Szwarc with his family and friends and acquaintances.

Marek Szwarc is buried in the Bagneux cemetery in Paris, in the family grave (section 63).
