Permission to export property

The document related to the relocation of the Kacmans from Lower Silesia to Warsaw at the turn of 1950/1951: permit no. 360, issued by the Provincial Presidium of the National Council in Wrocław, for the export of movable property. Valid until the end of February 1951. Issued after the Warsaw Committee of the Polish United Workers' Party (see document MHŻP-B1135) submitted a written request to allow the employee, Abram Kacman, to transport property from Bielawa to Warsaw. The permit covered the following movables purchased by the Kacman family in the second half of the 1940s, after arriving in Poland from the USSR: a three-door wardrobe, a couch, a two-door wardrobe, a small wardrobe, 2 mirrors, a wall clock, 2 tables, 7 chairs, 2 sideboards, 2 beds , gas cooker, chiffonier, radio, piano. The content of the document shows that for the export it was still necessary to obtain an annotation - with the date of loading and exportation - from the Liquidation Office or the Militia; on the verso website an annotation of Milicja; underneath a stamp from the Bielawa Zachodnia railway station of 29 January 1951. The permit had to be returned after use (so it was not returned?).
