Photograph (secondary print) from the Warsaw ghetto of Aleksandra Rozengarten standing on the fence with her mother Irena née Hermelin and grandfather Eliezer Rozengarten who hold her hands. In the background on the right, a barred window. All portrayed are looking into the lens.

The photo was taken shortly before Irena and Aleksandra escaped. Rozengarten died of typhoid fever in the ghetto.

They are dressed elegantly: the man wears a dark coat, from under which a white shirt with a dark tie is visible, the daughter-in-law also wears a dark coat and a dark hat, with thick socks lining her leather shoes. The child wears a coat with a collar and a white cap.
