Photograph of Halina Mamelok née Baruch and Josef Mamelok

A photograph of Halina and Józef Mamelok in a living room, sitting under a painting, probably a landscape (its lower part is pictured). Visible elements: decorative wallpaper and carpet, a table with flowers, a light-coloured clock on a dark piece of furniture. This is probably in their home in Zawiercie, where Józef Mamelok (here wearing a suit and a monocle), much older than his wife, held important managerial positions in industry. In the interwar period, he performed such functions as that of commercial director of the Zawiercie Joint Stock Society. It can be assumed that the photo was taken around 1921, i.e. before the birth of the Mameloks' daughter Magda (in February 1922).
