A photograph depicting Isidor Schwersenski shows him against the backdrop of the tenement house he owned at 33, Market Square. In the background, a section of the building and the bi-folding front door can be seen. Schwersenski stands facing slightly to the left. He keeps his left hand in his trouser pocket. He is dressed in a worn suit, waistcoat and white shirt. He has a tie under his neck, a flat cap on his head and a watch chain attached to his waistcoat. Schwersenski looks towards the lens. The grimace on his face further emphasises his already advanced age. Schwersenski stands next to Henia Cender, who is seated on a three-wheeled pram. The boy is wearing shorts, thick tights and a sweatshirt. He keeps both hands on the drawbar of the pram. The photograph is handwritten with the date: "1934".
