A man is sitting with his gaze fixed on the newspaper he is holding. A woman, huddled close to him, is looking into the lens of the camera. In the background, there are paintings on the wall. On the back of the photograph, there is a handwritten inscription: "Kraków/ grudzień 1930" (Krakow/ December 1930).
