Three head tefillin and one arm tefillah. They all have the form of a cubical box on a flat, square base which can be opened, equipped with a trapezium-shaped hinge for stringing leather straps (the straps are missing). The head tefillin are decorated with the Hebrew letter Shin. The arm tefillah is plain, without ornaments. The box and the upper part of the base are covered with black enamel.

The items were donated to the collection of the National Museum of Przemyśl by the Congregation of Mosaic Faith in Przemyśl in 1974.
