Portrait photograph of Felicja Blumental

It is part of the collection:

Reserved elegance and unostentatious luxury –visible, however, in a string of pearls, earrings and a brooch– emanate from this elegant portrait photograph of Felicja Blumental by Bruno Bernard, known as Bernard of Hollywood (1912–1987). The photographer, originating from Germany, was a Jewish refugee from the Third Reich. In the 1940s and 1950s, he became famous as a photographer of Hollywood stars, creator of first photographs of Marylin Monroe, among many others. He owned one of the most famous photography studios in Los Angeles, at number 9055 on the famous Sunset Boulevard. | Renata Piątkowska
