Garnek family photo album: who were the people depicted in these old photos?

A photograph in oval of an elderly man with graying beard, high balding forehead, wearing a jacket, vest, white shirt with stiff collar and dark tie. The photograph was sent to his brother by M. Garnek, known from photo #1 in this collection (about 10 years earlier). The dating of the photo is probably due to the new street name from the address of the photo atelier, given in 1920 in honor of the "nuptials with the sea."
