Propaganda poster

A propaganda poster with an anti-Semitic tone, encouraging rural population to use the services of agricultural and commercial cooperatives. The poster depicts a genre scene. In the central part of the poster, there is a wooden building of the cooperative with an information sign above the entrance.

On the right side, peasants and housewives bring their harvest to the cooperative,

while on the left side, they leave with food products. One of the peasants in the foreground is pointing the way to a man who is chasing away a Jew with caricatured physical features. In the background, there is a symbolic pan balance emphasizing the harmony and benefits of the endeavour. The poster features two inscriptions: "ROZKWIT TWOJEJ SPÓŁDZIELNI TO TWÓJ DOBROBYT" (YOUR COOPERATIVE'S GROWTH IS YOUR PROSPERITY) (in cherry-colored font) and "Słuchaj wójta i sołtysa a nie żyda pasarza!" (Listen to the province head and the village head, not to the Jewish peddler!) (in red). The signature mark "E Kosak." is visible at the bottom of the poster. The poster was printed

on newsprint paper.
