The pre-war register from the collection of the Education and Museum Centre "Świętokrzyski Sztetl" comes from the Elementary School in Chmielnik for the school year 1938/39 – Class III B Register (Kraków school district, Stopnica district, Chmielnik municipality). The class was supervised by Ms. Helena Sulikówna. According to the student data provided in the register, children of both Roman Catholic faith and Jewish faith attended the same class. The register contains information about 58 students, including 12 children of Roman Catholic faith, 46 children of Jewish faith, 52 children residing in the town of Chmielnik, and 6 children from Przededworze and Dezyderów.

The print was produced by the State Publishing House of School Books in Lviv and commissioned by the Ministry of Religious Denominations and Public Enlightenment.
