Objects

The ring is minimalist, with floral motifs. It is engraved with the inscription: "Ghetto 1943" and the initials "ŻP". The initials are located in the centre of the Star of David. The engraver who made the ring, and whose name is unknown, was active in the Litzmannstadt Ghetto. The donor acquired the object in an antique shop and treated it throughout his life as a kind of talisman.
