The two-storey building in the neo-classical style at the intersection of Sztejnbarha Street (Ukr. вулиця Штейнбарга) and Uniwersytećkoji Street (Ukr. вулиця Університетська), at 2 Sztejnbarha Street (Ukr. вулиця Штейнбарга, 2) or 7a Uniwersytećka Street (вулиця Університетська, 7а), is a former Safa ORT school operating during the interwar period. On the south side, the building is adjacent to the Jewish Cultural Center. Currently, the building houses the Chernivtsi Municipal High School No. 1 (Ukr. Czerniwećkyj miśkyj licej no. 1, Чернівецький міський ліцей № 1).
