A photo from the period of Krystyna (Fanny) Kurc's stay in Grochów, most likely from the same photo session, in which the photos in front of the porch were taken. Stefan Wajcman's niece (Halina's daughter) and Krystyna are sitting on the threshold, Stefan is squatting behind them. On the left, a teddy bear is visible, most likely the same one that can be seen in the photos from the later period of hiding of the girl in Rembertów.

From the post-war account of Wajcman (Archives of the Jewish Historical Institute, file no. 301/472; dated 1 June 1945), a short description of Krystyna: "This girl is quite intelligent and extremely attached to me and my whole family, she attends school, she is in the second grade ”.
