Statement by Zofia Urbanek confirming that she personally knew Stanisława Olchawa and Henryka Malarska, who left Lvov under the repatriation campaign. The statement is dated 2 September 1946 – it is a single-page typescript written in Polish on blank paper. Zofia Urbanek confirms that Stanisława Olchawa and Henryka Malarska lived in the village of Rokitnice. At the upper edge, on the right, there is information on the place and date of production of the document: “Rokitnice, on 2 September 1946”. Below, there is the document title: “STATEMENT”, and underneath it – the main text of the statement, hand-signed by Zofia Urbanek.
