Scroll hand-sewn from several pieces of parchment. It is wound on brass rollers. The parchment bears the text of the Hebrew Bible handwritten in black ink, in regular columns. The brass rollers are equipped with handles with attached decorative flat rings serving as support for the Torah scroll.
The item was purchased for the collection of the National Museum of Przemyśl from a resident of Jarosław in 1977.
