Unabridged copy of Chana Rifka Lehrer's birth certificate

Unabridged copy of the birth certificate of Chana Rifka Lehrer (recte Zaum), mother of the donor. According to the document, Chana Rifka was born on 23.02.1912 in Skole (today in Ukraine). The document is two-sided. At the top of the recto page are the emblem of Poland, the name of the Registry Office which issued the document, and the date and place of birth. Below is a table listing the parents: Leib Lehrer recte Zaum and Henie Mühlard. On the verso page, there is information on the place where the original birth certificate was issued (Israelite Registry Office in Skole) is provided. Below is a correction concerning the details of the child's father, according to which his name should be 'Lehrer', not 'Lehrer recte Zaum'. At the bottom of the document are the stamps (from left: confirmation of payment of stamp duty, stamp of the Registry Office in Warsaw and stamp of the Deputy Head of the Registry Office in Warsaw with date and signature). | The copy was obtained by the donor during her genealogical research, which she began after her mother's death and continued for many years.
