Black-and-white photograph taken with a wide-angle lens showing the current view of the Stawki Street (ul. Stawki) in Warsaw, which is located on the area of the former Warsaw Ghetto. Stawki Street (ul. Stawki) was one of the arteries of the pre-war Jewish district, and during Second World War most of it was part of the Warsaw Ghetto. On the left you can see the façade of the building located at 10 Stawki Street (ul. Stawki 10) built right next to this street. It houses the Secondary and Economic School Complex No. 1 (Zespół Szkół Licealnych i Ekonomicznych nr 1) in Warsaw. For this building, see also the note to photograph MPOLIN-M1063.
