Shown in a half-figure, leaning on a sabre, Captain Władysław Belina-Prażmowki (1888-1938) was a commander of the 1st Regiment of Polish Legion Lancers, known as "Belinians". | He arrived at the temporary headquarters of the "Belinians" in Rajbrot Gotllieb at the beginning of January 1915 to portray most of the officer corps of the First Brigade. | AT
