Copy of Hilel Pozner's birth certificate

Written with black pen, writing slightly slanted to the right, recto page only. The document bears two oval (vertical) purple stamps with an eagle in crown and an inscription: MUNICIPAL BOARD | IN | KONIN | 1; one of them was partly stamped on a blue "1 zloty" stamp duty mark. The document number (written as: N[!]) – 39/1911 r. is in the line below the Polish text opening the document. The text in Russian (paragraph at the top) identifies the source of the copy (an extract from the 1911 books for followers of the Mosaic religion). The last four lines certify that this is a true copy, in Polish. The signature of the person making the copy, i.e. "Civil Registry Officer of the Mayor of the City of Konin", is at the bottom right: Sikorski (?).
