The document in Russian characterising a worker Abram Davidovich Kacman, working since May 1942 in the aircraft factory. Information that he proved to be a good, disciplined worker and was repeatedly rewarded for good performance. Signatures: Limonczik, office chief; Szejn[?], chief accountant. The abbreviation of the Labour Army unit appears in the document: II NKAP - Narodnoj Komissariat Awiacjonnej Pramyszliennosti, i.e. People's Commissariat of Aviation Industry of the USSR. Probably intentionally, no precise geographical indications or names of institutions were given in the letter - for reasons of strict military security.

It was a document necessary for movement, in this case: departure from the USSR, certifying a citizen's release from work.
