ID card of the Air and Gas Defence League issued for Stanisław Gustaw Kramsztyk

It is part of the collection:

The Air and Gas Defense League card belonging to Stanisław Gustaw Kramsztyk. The Air and Gas Defense League was established in 1928 by the merger of the State Air Defense League (1923) and the Anti-Gas Defense Society (1924). The role of the organization was to prepare civilians for air and gas defense in the event of a war, and to support the development of Polish aviation (also financially).

The document is folded in half (lengthwise) so that it takes the form of a booklet. The print was made with green paint. The name of the organization (right; front) and the name of the holder (left) are provided on the cover. Inside there is the association's statute (in the lower part) and stamps confirming the payment of membership fees for the following months (in the upper part). The print visible on the stamps is yellow.
