Objects

The drawing refers to the theories of the protagonist presented in Hanna Krall's book "Sublokatorka" (Paris 1985), which she formulated while writing her doctoral thesis. The theories focused on the relationship between the fate of a nation affected by persecution and that part of victimology which is dedicated to the victims: "[...] They were too dark for the world and the world pushed them away, but their whole story is a constant lifting to light. Perhaps the concept of a chosen people was an attempt to deal with this issue?". MBK
