Litauer-Schneider, Mery (1900-1992)

After the end of World War II, Mery (Mary) Litauer-Schneider, together with her husband Roman Schneider, followed the Anders Army to Lebanon and settled in Beirut. There, she started to paint and exhibit her works again. One of the paintings created at that time is “Landscape”, depicting Lebanon’s diverse landscape, mountainous and rich in vegetation.
