A letter written by Tadeusz Perl's sister Jadwiga, who was staying on the so-called Aryan side, claiming to be Maria Karczmarek, who helped the family in matters of correspondence (we can assume that not only in these matters). The name of Tadeusz Perl as addressee – written for safety with the added suffix "-ski". Content partially encrypted. The letter states that the addressee is currently 'the only one of my close friends, as I don't receive and probably will never receive any messages from others' – which can be read as a signal that she is not keeping in touch with her husband Stanisław Wohl (with whom Jadwiga née Perl probably had no contact before the outbreak of the German-Soviet war, which completely prevented contacts between Warsaw and the USSR).
Very precise, specific information regarding the desired content of the package from France (brown mascara of a specific brand) may indicate that Jadwiga née Perl has, among others, a special customer or merchant to whom she resells the goods at a profit. The letter also contains clear information: 'Food [parcels] don't arrive'.

Dear Tadzio, it's been quite a while since I last heard from you. I would like you to write to me at least twice a month. After all, you are the only one of my closest friends, as I don't receive and probably will never receive any messages from others. I am in good health and managing somehow, as usual. If you can, please send me packages, as they are a big help for me. Send me a box of 'Rieil' mascara – brown colour. These packages are valuable to me, especially powders from good brands and not in white. Could you also send lipsticks? Food packages don't arrive. Could you also send creams? Of course, without causing any harm to yourself I'm actually doing just fine. Are these things expensive or cheap there? How are you coping?
[in the part of the card with the return address, information about Seweryn Tross:] I know that Seweryn is now healthy. Anyway, this news is from a month ago, and I don't know now.
Sending you lots of kisses, and don't be mad that I'm taking advantage of you
Your Marysia
