Warsaw 5/1 – 1946

Dear Tadzio!

I've heard the news that you're alive. Therefore, I'm rushing to say a few words to you. From our entire family, only a few of us remain – Kazio with his wife, Stasio Łubiwski with his wife, and the Laton family. Also, advocate Ludwik with his wife Kasia and two sons are alive, as well as a certain Buncek. I have no news about anyone other than those mentioned above. Your father was killed by the Germans. If this card reaches you – reply immediately to my current address: Feliks Sakowicz – Warsaw, 43/13 Marszałkowska Street. I got married to a friend you know; we were once together at a gathering in Zw. Bankowe [?].

[on the back, under the return address:] I was so pleased to hear the news about you. There are so few of us now. Write about yourself. I'll try to answer any questions.

Your

Fel-Paw.[?]
