One of a set of five so-called 'small planks' in the collection of the POLIN Museum that Krystiana Robb-Narbutt gave to her friend Teodor Bok. In the case of this work, the text of the dedication is an ornamental border, which, however, was created secondarily, after the composition had been painted. This is evidenced by the technique used to create the inscription – the letters were scratched into a still-wet frame painted with white paint, which the artist applied to the composition.

Inferring from the dedication, the work was created with her husband Michael in mind, but was gifted to Teodor Bok. This is evidenced by the second dedication, which was placed on the back, probably after the painting was completed, the exact time of its creation has not been established.
