(last two digits also corrected with pen) in Warsaw; profession - ,,tailor, cutter. [?]''; marital status - single; lives in Warsaw at 38 Sienna Street. Signature illegible, round purple stamp of the Starosty: * RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA * | STAROSTWO GRODZKIE WARSZAWA-PRAGA (* REPUBLIC OF POLAND * | MUNICIPAL STAROSTY WARSAW-PRAGA *) with the White Eagle without crown; same stamp beside (partly - on) the upper left corner of photo.On verso side there is rectangular red stamp dated 4.12.1945 and inscription concerning registration at 1 Bartoszewicza Street.
