One of the artist’s graphic compositions, which simultaneously uses two techniques - collagraphy (pressing different textures onto paper) and coloured etching. Both techniques complement each other, creating a synthetic, thoughtful structure of the print. Despite the significant simplification of the drawing, this piece is one of the less abstract - there are direct references to the artist's experiences during the Holocaust and the war, as well as the Polish landscape (a fence with barbed wire, trees resembling the shape of a pollarded willow, typical of the Polish landscape).
