This is one of the landscapes from the areas around Jerusalem, which are characteristic of the artist's painting work. She began creating paintings on canvas relatively late, only in the 1980s, due to the practical issue of lacking space to paint and storing her works. It was only when she had the opportunity to set up her own studio that she began to engage in and develop this part of her art.

Her painting is inspired by the nature and landscapes of Israel, especially the hills, which she synthesises, giving them an almost abstract form. The use of a rich colour palette and careful selection of colours makes the compositions dynamic and suggestively impact the viewer. The artist only addresses themes in her painting that inspired her after emigrating to Israel, primarily the views of the surroundings of Jerusalem, not visualising in this technique painful memories from her childhood in Poland.
