Document issued by the Consular Section of the Polish Diplomatic Mission in Stockholm (i.e. the Polish embassy), 14.11.1946, no. 8441 (appearing under the company imprint of the Embassy at the top left).

Typescript on Embassy office paper, with round black stamp of the Embassy (POSELSTWO POLSKIE WYDZ. KONSULARNY * STOCKHOLM *; in the middle a White Eagle without a crown) beside the signature of Piotr Maślankiewicz. Confirmation that a woman named Fajga Peltel, b. 11.1.1920 (passport and visa numbers also given), “är identisk med'' - is identical to Chaja Betchatowska [sic!] (consular passport number indicated: 009958) and the man Iszrael [sic!] Czestochowski [sic!], b. 1.10. 1917 (passport and visa numbers also given), is Boruch Szpigiel (consular passport number indicated: 009957).

Typed underlining of the words: “är identisk med”, “Chaja Betchatowska” [sic!], “Boruch Szpigiel”. On the card, in the lower left quadrant brown stain (coffee?), staining also visible at the lower right edge (stains also visible on the reverse).
