About the items from the former ghetto

One of 12 colour photographs included in the work "Szukaliśmy w popiołach", created with the use of archaeological objects from the collection of the POLIN Museum. The most important element of this composition is a damaged, incomplete and rusty wristwatch dial. It is presented among contemporary watch batteries, various elements of wrist watches and tools used to repair watches in the workshop of one of the watchmakers currently operating in Muranów. The same object is the main element of one of the videos that are part of this work (MPOLIN-M1382/17).
